Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

This Policy explains how HangZhou CaiBo Network Technology Co., Ltd processes information when you use OneSearch. It does not apply to third-party search engines, websites, advertisements, or services you open through the App.

1. Information We Process

When you send feedback, we receive the content, contact details and name you provide, attached images you choose, IP address, and submission time. Some released versions automatically attach diagnostic information, which can include a vendor identifier (IDFV), device and app versions, language, region, time zone, network type, storage, battery, screen and diagnostic status. Updated versions provide a default-off diagnostics choice and limit attached diagnostics to app version, build number, system version and device model. The choice depends on your installed version; review the preview when available. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Search terms and request information are sent to the engine or website you select. While typing, the current search-suggestion feature also sends the entered text to Google's suggestion service. Third parties may receive your IP address and browser request information even when you have not submitted a search.

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Firebase Analytics, and AppLovin advertising services depending on platform, version, configuration and privacy choices. They may process device and app identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device, network, diagnostic, usage, advertising and interaction data. We do not offer account registration or login.

2. How We Use and Share Information

We use information to provide search and feedback features, respond to requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, measure and improve the App, and comply with legal obligations. We share information only with providers supporting these purposes, the search engine or website you deliberately select, or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law.

We do not sell feedback content or contact details. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Firebase, AppLovin, and third-party websites may process data independently under their own policies.

3. Choices, Retention, and Security

You can manage advertising preferences and tracking permissions in device settings, and can request deletion of feedback associated with you. We retain feedback only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, disputes, and security. Providers retain their data under their own policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

4. Children, Rights, and Contact

OneSearch is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. To make a request or ask about this Policy, email guoquan.wu@caibo-inc.com. We may update this Policy by posting a revised version here.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Infrastructure

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) delivers and measures advertising, limits repeated ads and helps prevent fraud. Depending on configuration and consent, Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app data, ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostics.

AppLovin provides advertising and mediation. It and enabled mediation partners may process advertising identifiers, device and network information, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

Firebase Analytics measures app usage and feature interactions. Google may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, sessions, events and approximate location. These categories do not mean all data is collected on every device.

Cloudflare operates our API infrastructure, database and feedback-image storage. Requests may be processed across its network. Operational or security logs may include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and errors. Feedback notification services receive a new-feedback notification; our current notification request does not include your feedback text, contact details or images.

6. Local Storage and Permissions

Search history, favorites, custom search engines and settings are stored on your device. Our current iOS app does not provide an operator-managed cloud-sync service for these records. Device backups may include local data under the device or backup provider's settings. You can clear search history from the history controls and delete favorites and custom engines individually.

The embedded browser may store cookies, cache and website data on your device; the websites use these under their own policies. Removing the App generally removes its local container, but does not remove device backups, Apple purchase records, website accounts or feedback already submitted to us. Contact us for server-side feedback requests.

The system photo picker allows access to images you select for feedback or a custom-engine icon; it does not give us general access to your photo library. Only images attached to submitted feedback are uploaded to our feedback service. Face ID or Touch ID app-lock authentication is performed by the operating system. We receive the authentication result, not biometric templates.

7. Consent and Other Processing Grounds

Processing grounds depend on your location: providing requested features, legitimate interests where recognized, legal obligations, or consent. Under laws requiring consent or a separate authorization, a legitimate-interest statement does not replace that requirement.

ATT controls cross-app tracking on iOS; it is not a substitute for regional advertising or analytics consent. Some released versions enable analytics and initialize advertising at launch. Updated iOS source defaults analytics to off, provides an analytics choice in Settings and uses the supported advertising privacy flow before ad loading. Installed versions may differ. Declining optional processing does not prevent basic search; rewarded-ad access may be unavailable. Withdrawing permission stops the applicable future processing but does not automatically delete previously collected data. Contact us or the relevant provider for deletion requests.

8. Retention, Rights Requests and Updates

We do not specify an unverified fixed retention period. Feedback and attachments are retained according to the support purpose, issue status, security needs and legal requirements; contact us to request access or deletion. Provider-managed logs, backups and SDK data follow their respective settings and policies. Deleted data may remain in backups until the normal backup lifecycle completes, subject to legal requirements.

Send privacy requests to guoquan.wu@caibo-inc.com with the approximate submission date and enough information to locate the feedback. We may request proportionate identity verification, but do not ask for passwords. We will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines, explain any lawful exception, and provide available complaint or review routes. You may request assistance from an authorized representative where law allows. Uninstalling the App is not a server-data deletion request.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where a transfer requires notice, separate consent, an assessment or another lawful safeguard, the applicable requirement must be met; this Policy does not assert an unverified certification or contractual transfer mechanism. Material policy changes will receive additional notice and renewed consent where required. An updated policy does not itself authorize new optional processing.
