This Privacy Policy explains how HangZhou Caibo Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the OneSearch mobile application ("OneSearch" or the "App"), accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the App. It also describes the choices and rights available to you.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to OneSearch and the services we operate for the App. It does not govern third-party search engines, websites, advertisements, or services that you choose to visit. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies.

OneSearch does not provide user account registration or login. Please do not include passwords, financial information, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in feedback.
3. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party SDKs and services:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising. Google may process the advertising and device data described above. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
- AppLovin for advertising. AppLovin may process device, app, network, advertising identifier, ad interaction, and related data. See AppLovin's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Analytics for usage analytics. Google may process the analytics data described above. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
These providers may act as our service providers or, depending on the service and applicable law, as independent controllers of information. Their collection can vary based on SDK version, App configuration, your region, consent choices, and device settings.
4. How We Share Information
We may share or make information available only as follows:
- With Google, AppLovin, and their advertising or measurement partners to provide advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention services;
- With the search engine, website, or service you deliberately select, as necessary to complete your request;
- With infrastructure and service providers that process information for us under appropriate contractual and security obligations;
- When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; protect users, the public, or our rights; investigate fraud or security incidents; or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell feedback content or the contact information submitted with feedback.
5. Legal Bases and Your Advertising Choices
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the services you request, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. Where consent is required for personalized advertising or analytics, the App or our partners will request it before the relevant processing.
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID and manage ad privacy settings in your device's Settings app. Depending on your region and the options made available in the App or an advertisement, you may also withdraw consent or opt out of personalized advertising. You may still receive non-personalized or contextual ads after opting out.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain feedback information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the feedback, improve and secure our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it. Retention may be extended when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Advertising and analytics providers retain information according to their own policies. You may request deletion of feedback information associated with you by emailing us at guoquan.wu@caibo-inc.com. Please provide enough information to identify the relevant submission. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where legally permitted or required.
7. Data Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure, including encrypted network transmission where supported. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Children's Privacy
OneSearch is a general-audience App and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of or objection to our processing of your personal information; to request a portable copy; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data-protection authority. 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, SDKs, our data practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy at this location and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
