Terms of Service

1. The Service

OneSearch lets you select and access third-party search engines and websites from one interface. Search results, websites, advertisements, and third-party services are provided by their respective operators, not by us.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must use the Service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, infringe others' rights, transmit malicious code, or use the Service to abuse third-party services. You are responsible for the queries, content, and websites you choose to access.

3. Third-Party Services and Purchases

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; eligibility, billing, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple.

Premium offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, currency, period, and any offer conditions are shown in the App Store purchase confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal charges may be made within the last 24 hours of that period. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to refunds or revocation by Apple.

Restore eligible purchases in the App using the Apple Account used to buy them. Previously purchased lifetime Premium entitlements remain valid and do not require a subscription, subject to verification, refunds, or revocation. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Refund requests are handled under Apple's procedures and applicable consumer law. Rewarded-ad trials are temporary access, not paid subscriptions; duration and eligibility are displayed before you choose the offer.

4. Ownership and Availability

OneSearch and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where permitted by law.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes, Termination, and Contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. For material changes, additional notice or agreement will be provided where required by applicable law; using the App is not consent to new optional data processing. You may stop using the Service at any time. Any suspension or termination must respect applicable law and existing consumer rights.
